[ Training Description ]

We all have dreams for the way our organization should look and feel. Those dreams include what it will look like, feel like, how each staff member will think and act, how the community will support it, and more. Some of our dreams we may feel are too lofty and we start to reshape our thoughts to bring them closer to reality. Why not reach for the moon knowing that even if we don’t get there we can land among the stars. We must remember that if we set the bar low, then that is as high as we will go. In this training, we will work together to set high realistic expectations and learn how to get others to reach for them with us.
